In life there is suffering, there is no one person who can avoid that, but always remember it's better to lose some of the battles in the struggles for your dreams than to be defeated without ever knowing what you're fighting for. The human spirit is never finished when it is defeated...it is finished when it surrenders.

I learned much more from defeat than I ever learned from winning, you have to learn to survive defeat that’s when true character is developed.
