Have the Courage to Speak your words need to be heard.

There is nothing that will defeat your spirit faster than the quieting of you voice during moments when silence was unacceptable, regretting not saying I love you, not being the mediator whose words could have avoided the fight, when we regretfully break down others with our words full of spite, when we forget to thank somebody who wholeheartedly helped us out, even when we were too proud to ask for help when our thoughts were full of doubt. Silence is deadlier than you could have ever imagined it could be and when we are silent amidst all the horrific injustices that surround us daily, we become as guilty as the assailants who are acting out the atrocities, all because we chose to remain silent to protect our fears and our families.
