This chapter of the book has come to an end
No sequel to be written no more reason to pretend
My thoughts are so overwhelming
So much anger and so much pain
The kind of anger that punishes
Destroying the depths of your soul
It poisons and manipulates
Causing destruction as it grows
It’s rotting inside me
A stench that all can smell
There is no use in masking it
It has shown me all to well.
So keep your distance from me
And use this as your excuse
You can say the smell was sickening
And free yourself from guilt
no more chains to bind mind
no more excuses for your time
It was a pleasant bliss
Those days that I could smile
I thought my life was like
The eternal lotus flower
But through this darkness
Life has become so clear
I never had the strength
To overcome my greatest fear
So now I cover my loss
Erasing how I feel
Deleting every chapter
Like they were never real.
No one will read about it
history will never be written
Because no one likes a story
That has no happy ending.
